  Booking and Reservation Policy

  • All prices are listed in Euro and in US Dollars.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices before booking confirmation.

  Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made 2 days before the tour date will receive a 100% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 days prior.

  • Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

  Changes and Modifications

  • Customer-Initiated Changes: Requests to modify bookings must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled service.

  • Company-Initiated Changes: Itineraries, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will inform you as soon as possible.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for changes due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

  Liability and Disclaimers

  • Our Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the tour, including third-party services.

      .We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.


  Code of Conduct

  • Respect local cultures, customs, and regulations during the tour.

  • The Company reserves the right to remove any traveler who does not adhere to the code of conduct.

  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Italian Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of                 Florence/Tuscany.
